PAC offers a Chromebook to every student to use while enrolled at PAC. Like any great technology, we understand there may be tech issues that arise. We have created some troubleshooting tips below to help with the more common issues that you may run into.

Our goal is to help resolve your issues as quickly and efficiently as possible so that we can get your child back online. We hope these tips help to resolve basic issues such as, powering on, signing in, etc., without the need to wait for IT assistance. We also offer hotspots, mice, headphones, and/or keyboards when needed; availability is limited.
