If your picture looks blurry or distorted through the camera (i.e. the teacher can not clearly see the student.) There is no camera setting to adjust the focus. Camera may be physically damaged and we'll need to replace it.
If the camera will still not turn on then the Chromebook will need to be brought to the school for further evaluation. Please contact pachelpdesk@principleac.org
• The teacher can not hear the student or the student can not hear the teacher (If the student is not using headphones)
If the student is using headphones, then please see that the name of headphones (and microphone if applicable) that the student is using is checked in the audio window
• To check the volume level of the speaker, click on the accessories icon (displayed below) on the bottom right on the task bar
• Also, please check that the slider control for the speaker is pulled to the far right (displayed below)
• To check the microphone volume, click on the arrow to the right of the speaker control and check that the slider control for the microphone is pulled to the right
• If the student is not using their own headphones, please check Internal Microphone is checked otherwise check that the brand of microphone and headphones that the student is using is checked
